Can I book at the last minute?
Yes, up to 2 hours before the journey via the online form. For transfers in the next few hours, call us directly on +33 7 43 60 71 35.
Can the price change after booking?
No. The price shown at booking is final. No surcharge can be added by the driver (except for options selected at the time of booking).
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time. The driver automatically adjusts their arrival time. You don't need to do anything.
How do I cancel or modify my booking?
Contact us by WhatsApp or email as soon as possible. Free cancellation if you notify us more than 24 hours in advance. Between 24h and 2h: 50% refund. Less than 2h: no refund.
Will the driver meet me inside the airport?
Yes. For arrivals, the driver waits in the welcome area with a sign in your name, at the baggage claim exit.
